I cannot agree more. We are starting our 16 unit Dragonfly condo project in Valley West in a week or so. We have sold 9 out of the 16 units already. Bozeman is a great place to live and invest. With a superior product and price, there are buyers ready to take advantage of the low interest rates. Our condo's are priced at $189,000 and will have an Energy Star certificate. We are 40% more energy efficient than our competition.
