Bozeman is one of the very short list of towns that its real estate has appreciated in this market. What do you think sets it apart from other areas of the country. Did it not have the speculation in its real estate that other areas had?

Thanks for the question, Richard. Sorry for this tardy response. Yes, there was speculation in Bozeman real estate, but, regardless, Bozeman remains a highly attractive and sought-after college mountain town; one of the few remaining with relatively reasonable real estate prices.
