The data reveal that more photos translate into quicker sales. The days on market (DOM) for a piece of real estate with one photograph was 70; a DOM of 40 resulted with six photos, a DOM of 36 with 16-19 photos, and a DOM of 32 resulted with 20 photos.
Additionally, listings with one photo lost ~8.8% of their original price. Compare this to listings having six or more photos only loosing 5% of the original price and you will see how important and inexpensive photographs are in selling listings.
