Inventory for Bozeman Montana housing has been decreasing lately but the Market Action Index is falling as well.

Watch for a persistent up-turn in Market Action to signal Bozeman prices rising again.

This part of the southwest Montana Real Estate market has been on a downward trend recently and this week, while essentially flat, doesn't break us out of that cycle.
