Housing Prices rose 9.1% in Montana during the second quarter of 2007, according to the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight. Other western states showing increases in homes prices included Utah-15.3%, Wyoming-12.8%, and Washington-9.1%. Buyers have begun lowering prices in hot spots like Bozeman, Montana, so the winter 0f 2008 may be an excellent time to make that Montana purchasee.
